Windows Vista and old versions of software

If you have errors running old verions of this software you can do the following to fix. Program needs Admin Rights. 6.2 and above should not need this change.

File that need admin rights
C:\Program Files\Tournament Chart Maker\Tournament_Chart_Maker.exe

How to set a program to always run as administrator:

Locate the program you want to launch with admin rights
Right click the program icon and choose the properties option
Select the compatibility tab from the window that appears
At the bottom of the window, under privilege level, check the box to run this program as administrator
Note: you may also want to run this run this program in compatibility mode if it was originally created for another version of Windows such as Windows XP. To do this simply check the box to run this program in compatibility mode for: and then select the compatible Windows environment from the drop down menu.

Soapbox Derby support time differential races 16 Racers per chart(Single and Double elimination and best 2 out of 3)

Time Differential Races - 2 lanes only - Each racer races on both lanes and time is entered for both races, and the racer with the lowest combined time wins. 16 Racers per chart

New features added

I added two new features to tournament chart maker:

1. New two lane chart that goes up to 64 racers
2. New type of running races a best 2 out of 3 double elimination

* The way this type works is that each heat is not complete with a single race.
* The heat ends only when someone wins twice
* So for an example:
* Car A is in lane 1, and Car B is in lane 2 they race and Car A wins
* They swap lanes and race again
* If Car A wins then the heat is over and they advance to where they belong
winner to the winners bracket and the loser to the losers bracket.
* If Car B wins then they swap lanes and race again then advance.

This is a test/ study guide program I created for my kids at the start, but it expanded to more. :-) Kind of my style these days. This is a great program for homeshoolers to build study guides test and have assignments for kids.

Web Sales Assistant

I created this program to help those people that use web sales programs such as selling eBooks where the distributor gives you web pages and you have to modify them for your information. This is such a time consuming process to make simple changes. We also have clients that use this to change thing on their web sites such as dates and other replacements.
